    Are you ready to tackle those challenges keeping you from feeling your best? This package makes big changes in your exercise, diet, sleep and stress so you look and feel great! Choose 6 sessions for $447. 
    Initial 90 minute session to create your Vision for the life you want, and put a plan in action to get you there.
    Five 1 hour follow up sessions that include:
    Developing strategies that make it easy to reach your goals.
    Finding your motivation to make the changes so you feel and look great.
    Overcoming barriers that have stopped you from getting where you want to be in your health and fitness.
    Setting goals each week to achieve your ideal happy, healthy self!
    Total Overhaul
    If you want to overhaul your lifestyle and lose weight, eat healthily, exercise more, sleep better, look amazing and balance your life, this package is for you. Choose 15 sessions for $997. 
    Fourteen 1 hour follow up sessions where I basically become your best friend for a few months. We will:
    Develop strategies that work with your lifestyle to achieve the goals that are important to you.
    Energise you to make the lifestyle changes to become the best version of yourself.
    Overcoming barriers that have stopped you from getting where you want to be in your health and fitness.
    Setting goals each week to achieve your ideal happy, healthy self!
